The Next Superstring Revolution

The Second Superstring Revolution took place roughly ten years ago. Many felt the time to be ripe for the next one. This session was organized to explore, in an informal and interactive way, possible directions that may lead to major new progress in our field.

Discussion organizers assembled a panel that represents a sample of the leaders in the subject. During the first half of the session, panellists commented briefly on their views of these issues. During the second half, the audience was invited to offer their ideas
